Privacy Policy

Connectify (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an enterprise technology company based in Orlando, Florida. This policy describes how we handle personal information we receive through our website, sales conversations, product portals, and customer engagements.

We collect information in three ways:

• You give it to us — when you fill out a contact form, book a call, register for our Dev Request portal, escalate a support chat to a human, or email us directly. Typical fields: name, work email, company, phone, the description of your project, and any attachments you send.
• Collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location (derived from IP). Used for analytics, abuse prevention, and to personalize content (e.g. serving pages in the correct language).
• Generated during delivery — when you become a customer, we create records of tickets, change requests, integrations, user accounts, and operational logs. These live inside the software we build or operate for you.

• To respond to inquiries and schedule sales or architecture calls.
• To deliver the platforms, integrations, and services you've contracted.
• To provide support — including escalating AI chat conversations to a human agent and following up by email.
• To improve our site content, route visitors to the correct regional team, and measure marketing effectiveness.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce contracts, and defend against fraud or abuse.

Our website chat uses generative AI (Google Gemini) to triage inquiries and route qualified leads to the right team. When you chat with us:

• Messages are sent to the AI model in real time to generate a reply.
• If the conversation is escalated, the transcript is saved to our support system alongside your contact details so a human can follow up.
• We do not use your conversation content to train third-party models.

We share personal information only in the following cases:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, process analytics, or help us deliver products (e.g. cloud hosting, email, scheduling, calendaring, AI inference).
• Your account's organization — if you use our Dev Request portal or a customer product, admins at your company may see your submissions.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfer — if Connectify is acquired or merged, information transfers subject to the same protections.

We do not sell your personal information.

Leads and contact-form submissions are retained while the relationship is active and up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Customer operational data is governed by your service agreement. Cookies expire per browser defaults or after 30 days, whichever is shorter.

We apply industry-standard controls: encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, least-privilege access to production systems, and HMAC-signed session tokens for admin and customer portals. No system is perfectly secure; report vulnerabilities to security@connectify.one.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@connectify.oneand we'll respond within 30 days.

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you're in the European Union, United Kingdom, Brazil, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. We use standard contractual safeguards where required.

Our services are intended for use by businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 16.
