1. What these terms cover
These Subscription Terms apply when your company subscribes to a Connectify plan (Starter, Growth or Enterprise) and pays for it. They explain what you are entitled to for each monthly payment. They work together with our Terms of Service (/terms) and Privacy Policy (/privacy) .
If you sign an order form or Master Services Agreement (MSA) with us, the signed document controls where it differs from these terms.
2. What you get when you pay
Each monthly payment entitles your company to the plan you subscribed to, for that month. Every plan includes:
- The ERP core: finance, data, identity and workflow, configured to your operation.
- Your website, landing pages and SEO.
- AI copilot and document AI inside your platform.
- Hosting, maintenance, backups and security updates.
- Unlimited builds, as described in section 06.
- Access to your code repository.
- Support at the level of your plan.
Your monthly fee covers our work from the first month, during the build and after launch. It does not depend on the date your platform goes live.
3. What each plan includes
Starter. Up to 3 modules, up to 10 users and 1 entity. Async support.
Growth. Everything in Starter, plus unlimited modules and users, up to 3 entities, a dedicated full-stack developer, AI agents and AI automations, a weekly strategy call and priority support.
Enterprise. Everything in Growth, plus unlimited entities, a dedicated development, AI and QA team, custom AI agents, advanced automations, a Head of AI, onboarding and custom integrations, a service-level agreement (SLA) in your contract, and IP co-ownership when agreed in writing.
Current prices are published on our pricing page (/pricing) or set in your order form.
Starter: US$3,000 per month plus 1% of eligible monthly revenue. Growth: US$6,000 per month plus 1%. Enterprise: US$12,000 per month plus 1%. Any agreed development structures are listed in your order summary; structures are scoped workspaces for your own company, not resale rights or extra entities.
4. Billing
- Monthly base fee, in advance. Your first invoice is issued after verified registration and acceptance. Your billing cycle starts on that date and renews on the same day each month (or the last day of shorter months) until cancellation.
- No setup fee. There is no setup, onboarding or implementation fee, no per-module fee and no per-build fee. Within your plan's limits there is no per-user fee either.
- Currency and taxes. Fees are in US dollars. Applicable sales or similar taxes are added where required by law.
- Payment. Square emails an invoice and a hosted payment link to your billing contact. No card or bank credentials are stored by Connectify. Automatic debits require separate, explicit authorization; accepting these terms does not authorize an automatic debit.
Every plan also includes a revenue share equal to 1% of total monthly company revenue, less sales taxes, returns and cancellations. Each deduction can be counted only once. This is payable in addition to the monthly base fee and is not an ownership or equity interest.
Revenue share is billed in arrears for completed calendar months, beginning with subscription start. Submit a USD revenue statement for each completed month, including the base and deductions. The first partial month covers only revenue from the subscription start date. Connectify reviews the statement before issuing a separate Square invoice. No revenue share is charged from estimated or missing revenue. Any currency conversion must be documented and agreed before billing.
5. Delivery and go-live
After your first payment, we schedule your kickoff and map your operation. Our target is to have your platform live in about 30 days.
That target depends on you giving us timely access to your systems and data, and timely decisions. Before anything goes live, you review it working on your data and approve it. We keep adjusting it, as part of your plan, until you approve it.
6. What "unlimited builds" means
New features, modules (within your plan's module limit), automations, website changes and AI changes are covered by your monthly fee. There is no per-build charge.
We work through your requests as a prioritized queue, at the team capacity of your plan. You set the priorities. Larger requests are split into smaller builds and delivered in order.
Unlimited builds are for your own company's platform. They do not cover work for other businesses, reselling our work, or rebuilding systems you do not use.
7. What is not included
Your plan does not include fees charged by third parties, such as:
- Payment processing fees.
- Advertising spend.
- Domain registrations.
- Licenses for third-party software you choose to use.
You pay these to the provider directly. If we pay one on your behalf, we bill it at cost, and only with your prior written approval.
Usage-based charges above normal operating volume (for example, high-volume messaging, telephony or AI model usage) are agreed with you in writing before they are billed.
8. Fair use and abuse
"Unlimited" and "included" mean normal use by your own company. The following are abuse:
- Using the platform, its agents or its messaging to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Generating automated load far beyond your business's real operation.
- Sharing or reselling your access or our work to third parties.
- Using the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Attempting to access other customers' data or to bypass security.
If we see abuse, we will tell you and may limit the affected usage right away. We may suspend or end the subscription if it continues, or at once for unlawful use or security attacks. Fees already paid are not refunded in these cases.
9. Your data and your code
You own your business data. You can export it at any time, and you have access to your code repository on every plan.
Connectify keeps ownership of its platform, tools and reusable components. While you are subscribed, you may use them as part of your platform. IP co-ownership is available on Enterprise when agreed in writing.
If you cancel, you keep your data and your repository access.
10. AI agents and approvals
AI agents act only within the permissions and approval rules you set. Their runs are recorded, so you can review what was done and why.
AI outputs can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing them and for decisions made on them, especially financial, legal and HR decisions.
We do not use your business data to train AI models. Third-party AI model providers process your data under their business terms.
11. Support and service levels
Support follows your plan: async on Starter, priority on Growth and a dedicated team on Enterprise. Uptime and response-time commitments apply only when an SLA is included in your signed contract.
12. Cancellation
Plans are month-to-month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time by emailing us.
No refunds. Payments already made are not refunded, including for partial months and unused builds.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep full access until then.
For 30 days after the end of your subscription, you can export your data. After that, we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Cancellation also stops future base renewals. Revenue share for eligible revenue earned while the subscription was in effect remains payable after the completed-month statement is reviewed. No refunds apply to amounts already paid, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
13. Late or failed payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge. If it is still unpaid 10 days after the due date, we may pause new builds. If it is still unpaid after 30 days, we may suspend access until it is paid. During a suspension your data is kept, and you can export it. Late amounts may accrue interest as set out in our Terms of Service.
14. Plan and price changes
You can upgrade at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and the difference for the current month is prorated. A downgrade takes effect on your next billing date.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change. A new price applies from the next billing date after the notice period, and you can cancel before then.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Connectify's total liability for any claim related to your subscription is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits.
16. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. Questions about your subscription: legal@connectify.one.
