Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Connectify website, booking a call with us, or using any portal or service we provide (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're accepting these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. What this covers — and what it doesn't
These terms govern use of the public website and the self-service portals (Dev Request portal, support chat, contact forms). Paid services — platform delivery, integrations, managed operations, support SLAs — are governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement between you and Connectify. If the two conflict, the MSA controls for paid services.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Services are intended for businesses. You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the company you represent. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract proprietary logic from the platforms or AI assistants.
- Submit content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, defamatory, or violates privacy.
- Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited communications.
- Attempt to access other customers' data, bypass authentication, or probe the infrastructure.
- Misrepresent your identity, company, or intent when engaging our sales or support teams.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
5. Intellectual property
Connectify owns the website content, documentation, branding, and the platforms we operate on your behalf. You retain ownership of your business data and any specific logic, workflows, or content that you contribute and that is uniquely yours.
If we build custom software for you, IP allocation is specified in your MSA and Statement of Work — not in these terms.
6. AI outputs
Our chat and automation features use generative AI. Outputs are provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies. Don't rely on them for legal, medical, or financial advice. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it.
7. Fees and payment
The public website and portal registration are free. Paid Services are billed per your MSA. Unless otherwise stated, fees are in USD and non-refundable. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
8. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools (scheduling, analytics, payment gateways, ERP systems). We're not responsible for their availability, policies, or conduct. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
The public website and portals are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Warranties for paid Services, if any, are set out in your MSA.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Connectify's total liability for claims arising from the public website and portals is limited to USD $100. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. For paid Services, liability caps are set in the MSA.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Connectify harmless from claims arising out of (i) your use of the Services in violation of these terms, (ii) content you submit that infringes third-party rights, or (iii) your gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. Obligations that by their nature survive termination (IP, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless the MSA specifies otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top.
